Since 2015, dedicated teammates from across the country and Canada have raised more than $2 million through the Maine Marathon event to support the Josephine and John Marr Alzheimer’s Research Fund. We hope you will join us for next year’s Maine Marathon on Oct. 6, 2024, and to celebrate the Marr Fund team’s 10th anniversary.
